Power Balls

 These guys here are lifesavers for me. I have very limited time after a hard run, or really, like so many of us, limited time throughout the day to sit down and eat. I pop one of these in after a workout or throughout the day for a burst of energy. I also eat one before a long run. They have 86 calories each and are filling. Hope you enjoy!

Power Balls:
1 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 2/3 cup of coconut flakes, 1/3 cup of maple syrup or honey, 1 tbsp of vanilla. 
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into walnut sized balls. Keep in fridge or store in freezer.
